As a Marketing & Communications Strategist and very much in the market, I congratulate Afrihost enormously on their 'Pure Internet Joy' campaign - mostly because it is so clear and on-point, expertly communicated and - most importantly - delivers fully on the promise. Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

I have used a few ISPs, even worked for one. In the many years I have been with them (broken service, but came right back after poor experiences with others) I have hardly ever had to make use of their Customer Services, their app does everything you need and I have hardly had downtime despite Vumatel. But if you HAVE to use whatsapp for Customer Service, Afrihost outshines their competitors with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. Defs recommend.

I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's. I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application. Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it. Keep up the good service and I wish you guys well and many more signed on happy client's. 👍🙏😁
