I have no issues with afrihost for over 2 years now. The WhatsApp line is brilliant because I don't have to wait an hour on a call for an agent. Quick and efficient service.

I really love Afrihost and how seamless they are with their support. I use to be with them but my current apartment doesn't have them as an ISP. I contacted them to assist my mom and they assisted so quickly. Unfortunately the matter isn't sorted due to loadshedding but I know if the problem was on their side they would've sorted it out already. Thank you Morris D for being so amazing!

Last week we were without internet for 3 whole days. It affects us badly as my household works from home. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 separate occasions and all they said do a hard reboot for 15 minutes. Sigh. Of course we already tried that but they insisted that will solve the problem. Eventually I speak to a technician called Jono. He spoke to us for almost 2 hours troubleshooting. What an absolute star! After figuring out what went wrong our internet was back up within 3 hours! I am not sure if those other technicians are not trained or they just don't care about their job but Jono really saved the day. Putting in all that effort and so very helpful :) So, thank you Jono!

I had a fault with my fibre connection this morning and reported it at 10:30am. I was really expecting to wait a few days before the issue was resolved. But, not even 3 hours later, the technician has been out and sorted my problem. I am very impressed with both Afrihost and Openserv. Thank you very much to Larry and Pieter for your prompt and professional service.

Whatsapp support is awesome. Mandla was awesome. Very seldom do I need to contact Afrihost support and when I do, problems are generally solved efficiently. Highly recommended ISP.
