And yiu can do everything yourself in the client portal. It's so awesome. Moreover when you do need to talk to someone the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely try live up to the name "the home of pure internet joy". I have never had a bad experience with afrihost. And don't mistake the ISP for telkom. Afrihost still have to handle telkom so there are frustration but they do everything in their power to ensure your joy is preserved.
