From day one I have never had a problem with Afrihost. Excellent fiber, the speed is what you pay for. It will be 1 year Im with this ISP coming up and I have no regrets.

I have had the privilege of being an Afrihost client for a number of years .. hassle free service 24/7... Very switched on WhatsApp assistance if needed. Price for data is amazing.

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.

GREAT ISP, have been with them for 6 years now with multiple line at multiple locations. Always receive great customer support. whatsapp support is currently my method for support & have always been accurately assisted.

Just ported over to Afrihost from the 1st of December but so far the service has been so much better than my previous ISP and not looking back. The quality of my broadband speed and responsiveness is better. The whatsapp support is great, responsive, friendly and most of all competent. Hope this continues.
