Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

Best friendly service... best communication method for Deaf client even i don't have fibre in my area yet but they very helpful and i recommend any Deaf client should contact Afrihost if you have fibre in your area... Cant wait to have fibre in my area...and this whatsapp service is so Deaf friendly...only communicate in TEXT not call...

...there are reasons why I chose Afrihost as my service provider over 8 years ago... firstly their advertising was 'catchy'... they responded swiftly when I needed them to...they provided the connectivity they promised continually...I briefly discontinued my relationship with them due to moving from Durban to Johannesburg... and the reconnection with them was absolutely hassle free...as was my move from ADSL to Fibre...I then disconnected again when I moved suburbs and experienced the same dedication that they have provided me with since the start of our relationship all those years ago...their whatsapp help line and their 'call me back' response times are mind blowing to say the least and they have an awesome 'Client Zone'. I can only say that both the performance and availability of my bronze Linux dedicated server is excellent , and worth noting. Also the odd occasion when I need assistance , very responsive and professional assistance from the support personnel . well done
